i recently stumbled upon the magnificently awesome online store WEST ELM - i'm currently coveting any geometric print in a bold color - and these goodies are right up my alley. although my house is a 120 year old pioneer house and thus styled in the same vein, I'm finding small ways to incorporate what could be considered a very contemporary design aesthetic, for example pillows and throws. sadly, having a punchy printed rug on the floor wouldn't make much sense. but i can definitely live vicariously through others.
